What does the content look like?

There is a lot of content. PTD Ninja has one of the largest white label libraries for online personal trainers available. The content used in the Gold Done For You service is from this same library. Without having the right systems in place, understanding the possibilities and combinations of using the content is quite tricky to see. Making it difficult to demonstrate the content you will have access too.

All content is created in line with global standards and is evidence-based from peer review studies. A sample of the white label library content can be found below. Which content will be used will very much depend on the data gathered during your Gold Done For You package.

How is this different from buying courses separately?

Individual courses leave gaps. This is a complete business system where everything works together, plus we build it for you combining our OPTC course, the online course for online fitness professionals that cover all aspects required to become and online personal trainer and online fitness business owner, the Academy for all the support you will need and the Gold Done For You service so there is no need to worry about the tech and save months (if not more) in time, not having to set things up and learn how to do it all yourself.

Can I pay in dollars or another currency?

All payments are in UK pound sterling (£).

You can pay in any currency you wish, but the payment will be taken in UK pound stirlling (£) at the exchange rate at the time the payment is made.

Please note, exchange rates change all the time and should you decide to pay in installments, the exchange rate used will be that of the time the payment is taken, not when the original purchase.

Check with your bank for the current exchanges rates and for any transaction charges they may apply.

PTD Ninja Ltd is not responsible to changes in exchange rates or charges and fees from your bank or card provider.

Do you set up the systems and tech for me?

Yes, we set everything up for you. All you need is an active subscription to PT Distinction at a Pro level or above and ideally a website (or similar), but we have options if you don't.

Does the price include the PT Distinction subscription?

No, we are not PT Distinction. PT Distinction is its own software, we are a company that helps you set up PT Distinction. This goes for all software you use, you will still have any respective subscription to pay for.

Are you PT Distinction?

No, PTD Ninja Ltd is a different company. We are PT Distinction recommend Done For You provider, and we are employed by PT Distinction to run the PT Distinction Masterclasses. We don't have any special access to PT Distinction and can only work within the remit and boundaries of the PT Distinction software.

For technical issues with PT Distinction or account-related questions regarding PT Distinction, PTD Ninja will not be able to assist you, and you should contact the PT Distinction Helpdesk from the Help section within your PT Distinction account.

Can I cancel anytime?

No, this is not a subscription plan. You can choose to pay in full or split the payment over 3 installments. You can not cancel the installments, and you will be entering into a legally binding agreement to make all 3 payments should you take that option.

Is it really lifetime access

Yes. Everything we set up is yours to use with your clients, for life*! You will also keep access to your training pack and access to all the white-label content in the PTD Ninja Community area that we will connect to your PT Distinction account. After 90 days, your access to the Advanced Support will stop, but you will continue to receive support through the PTD Ninja Academy.

*Please note, if you choose to pay in installments, you will be able to use all the content and systems we create. However, your lifetime license to use the content will not be provided until all 3 installment payments are made. Should you fail to make these payments and not arrange another payment plan? The systems and content we create will be automatically removed from your PT Distinction software. It's therefore important, that should you struggle to make a payment, you must contact PTD Ninja ASAP so that we can stop this automation from triggering. Lifetime means the lifetime of the service being offered by the company. PTD Ninja reserves the right to withdraw this offer or service at any time without notice and without refund. The content is only available in PT Distinction. If you leave PT Distinction, your access to the content will no longer be available.

What is the Advanced Support?

The Advanced Support lasts 90 days from the day following the day of your Done For You project being completed. The Advanced Support allows you access to the PTD Ninja Supportdesk and access to Ash. During this 90-day period you can ask questions about the set-up we create for you and the training we provide.

The Advanced Support phase also acts as a kind of 'warranty', giving you 90 days to test your systems and inform us of any issues that need addressing.

You can also use the Advanced Support for making small tweaks to the systems and content we have set up or for booking a support call.

Do you show me how to use PT Distinction?

We provide training on how to use all the features that are required to operate the SuperSystem Blueprint we set up in your PT Distinction account. This can be found in the Done For You section of your PTD Ninja portal.

Do you show my how to run a successful online fitness business?

Yes, the OPTC course covers all aspects of running a successful online fitness business and training people online. In addition to this you have access to the PTD Ninja Academy for extra support when you need it.

Do I need to use PT Distinction

Ideally yes. The Gold Done For You part of this service is designed to be used with PT Distinction, for you to use the Gold Done For You service fully you will need to have an active subscription with PT Distinction at the Pro level of above. If you use other software, please speak to Ash first, the Ultimate bundle may still be an option for you.

What content will I have access too?

We are always adding to the White Label Library most of which is in addition to what we set up in your PT Distinction account.
